**This role is based in Upton**

Your role as a Shift Runner is to support the Store team and Senior Management team to ensure that the store is run efficiently. You will be responsible for the running of shifts, including opening and closing, training and development of new and existing staff and leading the team in all aspects of customer service and standards.

As a shift runner you will be put onto a training programme and this will be completed within 3 months on basic salary. Once you have reached successful completion of your training you will receive a back payment to compensate for your hard work. If you have previous relevant experience you may be entitled to receive the enhanced rate from day one.

**Responsibility**:

- Deliver an exceptional service to our customers
- Management support in all aspects of the daily running of the store as required including, but not limited to, Labour, Food Costs and Wastage
- Effective Management of the Food Preparation area
- Support in the training and development of existing team members.
- Support in the recruitment and training of new starters
- Full adherence to the company Food Safety and Allergens policies
- Ownership and responsibility for cash handling policy

**Essential Skills and Requirements**
- 3 years Customer Service Experience
- Right to work in the UK

- Good organisational skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
