**We are seeking additional team members of friendly, fun, yet professional**_ **Bar Tenders/Cocktail Makers**_ **to make and prepare quality well-presented drinks ensuring customer’s experience is beyond their expectations. We also have opportunities for **_**servers **_**to look after our rapidly growing customer base.**
- Fully refurbished interior designed 120 cover prime location venue.
- A relaxed food led operation, with a late licence permitting a mainly seated drinks only focus later in the evening.
- The venue will also be available for special events, baby showers, birthdays, milestone birthdays etc.
- Hourly paid or salary available to suit the applicant’s individual preferences and long-term goals.
- A minimum 10% service charge will be encouraged and will be shared equally amongst the team based on hours worked.
- Service charge & tips are split fairly between the whole team via Tronc and paid alongside payroll**.**:

- A closely ran team with full role support available as and where necessary by the rest of the management team and owner.

**The Focus**
- Serving food from late breakfast through till dinner located at Amen Corner, Newcastle upon Tyne.
- Currently open THURSDAY/FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY.
- The food menu consists of culinary creations, homemade delicacies, and twists on British classics.
- Aimed at those customers who are looking for quality food and drink whilst being surrounded by a chic and unique decor.
- At least 3 months recent experience in a busy venue working hospitality environment
- High standards in hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Live close to Newcastle city centre or have regular use of a car.
- A strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and fun environment.

**The Package**
- Hourly pay - Currently £7.33 - £10.00 per hour. Rising to £7.49 - £10.42 on 1st April.
- Annual salary review - This will always be above inflation and based on performance.
- Tips - A minimum 10% service charge will be encouraged and will be shared equally amongst the team based on hours worked**.**
- Hours - The average working week is to be agreed.
- Days off - At least 3 full days off per week on average.
- Holidays - A total of 6 weeks paid holiday per year broken down into 4 full-weeks and 4 half-weeks, with weekends off actively encouraged during quieter periods.
- Wages paid via bank transfer on a fortnightly basis.
