**This prestigious company can offer you a busy and varied role acting as the first point of contact for callers to the business while assisting with a range of admin tasks.**
Key duties will include:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner - directing these to the relevant department
- Taking messages as required and communicating these efficiently across the business
- Providing Reception cover as required - meeting and greeting visitors to the office
- Maintaining staff registers on a daily basis including monitoring those leaving/entering the offices and forward to HR
- Management of the meeting room diaries
- Any other general admin tasks required by management
**Permanent full time position with working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, based in the city centre of Glasgow. Salary £22,000 per annum.**
