**Job Summary**:
The Craft Artist will be responsible for crafting a diverse range of handmade homeware products, contributing to the artistic and functional aspects of our collections. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality pieces. **FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Craftsmanship**:

- Create handmade homeware products adhering to design specifications and quality standards.
- Utilise a variety of crafting techniques and materials to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished homeware products to ensure they meet our established standards.
- **Time Management**:

- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of crafted homeware products.
- Communicate any potential delays or challenges to your manager.
- **Workspace Maintenance**:

- Keep the crafting workspace organised and clean, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of crafting materials, tracking usage and restocking as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to the design process.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Computer litterate.

**Working Hours**:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
