**Roles and Responsibility**
- Placing purchase orders inside the ERP system.
- Daily review of orders, inputting data and reviewing open Purchase Orders on a daily basis.
- Answering queries from Goods In department, where necessary.
- Responsible for reporting due dates to the production team and any potential delays.
- Update the ERP systems with delivery dates on a daily basis.

- Previous experience of using an ERP system and or working within a similar environment (desirable)
**Education**:
- Educated to GSCE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
- Ability to use all Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- 0800 to 1645 Monday-Thursday
- 0800 to 1230 on Friday. Early finish on a Friday
