Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential properties for a lettings management company
- Install and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Complete tasks such as painting, carpentry
- Respond to service calls and provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of work performed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants in a professional manner

Non negotiable:
Must have own vehicle, mileage paid by company
