Transport & Customer Services Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a Transport & Customer Services Coordinator to join our busy team based at our Guildford Depot.

We require an experienced Transport Coordinator with excellent communication skills and ideally with Customer Services experience

Duties will include assisting with the daily routing of our fleet of waste vehicles, based at our Guildford and surrounding depots, and the general day to day tasks associated with a busy office environment.

**Transport**
- Have a good in depth knowledge of the local area
- Be highly computer literate and able to operate a computerised routing system
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to manage HGV drivers
- Be able to keep calm in times of pressure as this is an extremely busy role

**Customer Services**
- Deal with a range of Customers from National Companies through to small, independent businesses and private householders.
- Understand the companies range of products and services in order to convert enquiries to sales orders.

Hours 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 12.30pm one in three Saturdays.

Salary in excess of £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus overtime if required.

You will receive excellent benefits, including Private Health Care, Life Cover and Pension.
