Sales Advisor

Our client are currently looking for a Sales Advisor to come and join their team in**Launceston** No experience needed

Our client are offering an industry leading basic salary of £28,000 plus an OTE of £30,000 and a fixed 40 hour working week across 5 days

They can be flexible and are open to discussing a range of working patterns that can support your work life balance alongside customer demand.

Our clients Sales Advisors support their customers throughout their whole buying journey both online and in-store with their main focus being delivering fantastic customer service. Their digital capability is industry leading and they are ready to handlethe exciting future they have ahead of them in motor retail including the transformation to electric vehicles.

The Sales Advisors are experts in helping with the little things. Whether it's arranging test drives, choosing the right finance or picking out the right additional accessories, they are with the customer every step of the way making sure they have a fantasticexperience when purchasing their new car. Their team engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally, therefore good communication skills and the ability to use technology is vital.

All they need from you is your driving licence proving your ability to drive within the UK and an ability to demonstrate that you can provide great customer service. If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales led fieldour client want to hear from you
