**Job Description
Grade 6-£34341-£37725pro rata (Part time - 21.6hrs per week) 15 Month Secondment Opportunity/Fixed Term Contract**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator, to lead the implementation of a multi-component tier 2 children and young people weight management service.

The main duties include:

- Responsible for the implementation and coordination of a multi-component tier 2 children and young people weight management service, performing the HENRY healthy families growing up program.

To project manage delivery including planning, budgeting and reporting risks and overall project outcomes, within specified timescales.

To act as the main point of contact for the programme managing and liaising with relevant commissioner, provider and partner organisations as required.

Manage and implement the monitoring, evaluation & learning plan liaising with clients and stakeholders as required

Developing a holistic service for the resident which contributes to the Councils Whole Systems Approach to Obesity.
