**Ashton Recruitment are recruiting for a Chartered Surveyor (Valuations) for our successful client based in Belfast.**

**Job Title**: Chartered Surveyor (Valuations)

**Location**: Belfast, Hybrid working optional. Options for full and part time

**Duration**:Permanent with options for full or part time as we recognise the need for a good work life balance

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (flexibility required)

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor to join this third generation Belfast based company, operating since 1895.

The successful surveyor will work closely with Director level professionals whilst gaining valuable experience in the NI market in valuations.

The role offers career progression and the opportunity to work towards APC if necessary and the ability to choose and develop a specialist area.

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:
Residential and Commercial valuation work

Completing Homebuyer Reports Level 2, Bank Valuations, Red book valuations, lease renewals and Rent Reviews.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients

Working alongside an experienced expert in the industry.

**Essential Criteria & Skills**:
The successful surveyor will have experience in residential (preferable) or commercial surveys and valuations in Northern Ireland and will be keen to join a company whereby they will be provided the opportunity to thrive in the local NI market.

Ideally with around 2-5 years’ experience in the industry, but ready to take the next step in their career

RICS accredited degree

MRICS / FRICS / AssocRICS

APC passed or due to sit in the next 12 months

RICS Registered Valuer preferable but not essential

Full clean driving licence as travel will be required around NI

Excellent attention to detail and error checking skills

High levels of time management and organisation.

Packages are flexible based upon experience and current package and are open to negotiations should our client be keen on progression.
