**A Recruitment Analyst & 3 x Recruitment Associates to join a global financial services business.**

My client are a global leader within the financial services sector who support a vast portfolio of organisations.
**Your new role**
These roles will collaborate with the internal sourcing team as well as agencies, so they are not search focused positions. They are non-IT, non-volume, high-touch recruiting opportunities, with the main challenges being complexity of the recruitment process(highly regulated) as well as liaising with senior executives, often global leaders in their field, on a daily basis.
To make sure you are successful in one of these roles, my client will provide you with on-job training, intensive one-on-one sessions, shadowing opportunities and online courses, all given by their experienced group of existing Recruiters. Through the diversityof the businesses they support, their Team provide unique growth opportunities for you to develop your abilities and your career.
You'll contribute to the Talent Acquisition strategy including: competitive intelligence, market mapping, succession planning and confidential project work. Specifically, you'll have the chance to:

- Independently lead end-to-end, full lifecycle recruitment
- Own a client group or multiple client groups
- Manage search firm engagements when necessary

**What you'll need to succeed**You must be a Recruiter with full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced corporate environment. Prior experience working for a blue chip firm coupled with corporate experience is preferred. Strengths must include communicating effectively at all levelsand a good attention to detail, with the ability to engage and influence partners and stakeholders. You should also enjoy learning new things and consider yourself a 'life-long learner'.
Desirable experience includes having worked in banking / investment industries (ideally trading) with some knowledge of London markets, but is not essential.
