At AX, we are looking for a Telematics Device Fitter to provide an efficient and all-encompassing technical fitting and support service to **AX Innovation** customers.

Based from Bracknell, this role will see you covering a Southern Territory, with potential for overnight stays when required to service business customer portfolio.

We are interested in hearing from people who may already be telematics fitter, but also those who may be really interested in a career in this area. As long as you have a full and valid driving license (as you will be travelling across a region to meet customers and fit the devices) and values that align with ours, we can train the rest. This really is a great opportunity if you you have an interest in vehicles - you may have been a mechanic or a trainee engineer.

You will install and provide fitment training of telematics and tracking devices into vehicles, across your geographical territory.

Focused on digital development to meet the needs of our partners and customers, the AX Innovation division of our business combines intelligent software, with in-car devices and human expertise to help you Manage, Connect and Protect your vehicles

**As one of our Telematics fitters, your responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting installations of AXI solutions, including telematics devices and tracking systems
- Providing fitment training for customers.
- Ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained.
- Supporting departments within the business with vehicle knowledge.
- Working in a timely and effective manner, observing and complying with GDPR.
- Achieving objectives and targets set and escalating any concerns to your manager

**As part of our team of Telematics fitters, you will bring the following skills and experiences to our team**:

- Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with an interest in vehicles to move into a technical/telematics environment.
- A valid driving license is essential (vehicle provided) as you will be travelling to client sites across your regional territory to fit the devices
- Ability to communicate and forge effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders / customers.

- General knowledge of different vehicle models and their controls (desirable, not essential).

Along with a **salary of between £22,000 and £27,000, dependent upon your experience **you will also receive a range of benefits including company car, 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), rising to 27 with length of service, Bupa Healthcare, Life Insurance at 4 x salary, Employee Assistance Programmes, and ongoing professional development.
