Your new role

- Managing project delivery from tender stage through to completion
- Complete programme development and management
- Creation and management of work schedules
- Creation and management of team members, control of the people planner, and resource allocation schedule
- Overseeing building projects to ensure staff are working safely, productively, and to a high standard
- Budget development, management, and control
- Client relationship management
- Supplier relationship management

What you'll need to succeed
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-Motivator

- Understanding of construction processes and guidelines for effective planning and site management

What you'll get in return
