**Credit Risk Business Analyst**

Inside IR35 - 2-3 days onsite

Our client, a leading global banking organisation are looking for an experienced Credit Risk Business Analyst / Credit Risk SME. This role will sit within the technology department focusing on Credit Risk initiatives, the contract is initially for 6 monthsbut has scope to extend. There is an immediate requirement to work on projects to implement solutions to the Credit Risk Hub (CRH) project. CRH is a programme to develop a centralized hub of credit risk data to enable consolidation of accurate and timely datafor credit risk management.

**Skills and responsibilities**:

- Assist with the delivery of the CRH projects
- Perform requiremnents gathering and analysis to define solutions and document formal requirements for Technology
- Own and develop testing and delivery plans, working closely with the production teams
- Ensure effective partnership with the production teams to ensure effective handover of new processes and controls into the live environment
- Drive forward solutions to remediate production issues
- Develop solid working relationships with many all areas of the firm but especially Credit Risk Management
- Work closely with relevant business and technology stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)
- Act as Credit Risk SME within technology
- Strong business analysis skills and project lifecycle knowledge
- Knowledge/experience of gathering business requirements and compiling business requirements documents and functional specifications
- Ability to define and structure test plans, experience of guiding users through UAT phases
- Ability and experience of working under pressure - both autonomously and within a team
- Knowledge of investment banking
- Knowledge of key Credit Risk concepts, ideally a minimum of 3 years experience working in this area
- Experience of working on risk data projects
- Ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholdersSolid communication skills - both written and oral
- Experience of technical data interface specifications and end user report generation
