A long standing, Chartered Surveying consultancy are seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Cost Consultancy division in Romford.

**The Quantity Surveyor's Role**

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an experienced Quantity Surveying team of three who are working across an array of residential, education, office, and fire based projects across the south.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall support the senior team by carrying out a diverse role including Cost Consultancy, Employers Agent, and Project Management.

**The Quantity Surveyor**
- Quantity Surveying degree
- 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy
- Pre and post contract experience
- Any Employers Agent or Project Management experience is a bonus
- Driving licence and car
- Team player

An ideal position for a Quantity Surveyor seeking a good level of responsibility and a lot of support from an APC assessor, Quantity Surveying Director.
- £40,000 - £50,000
