We are currently offering management trainee opportunities for _**Students **_pursuing **Hospitality/ Travel & Tourism Courses **to join the team for a full time 2 months Internship.

This will be an internship role which is on Voluntary basis with stipend of £100 per month as we would like to offer work exposure for newly graduated students in our various projects as a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility.These opening for our client CHAI GALI Ltd. which is one of the best fine dining restaurant in East London serving a wide variety of Indian cuisine.

At the end of the Internship, we would try to keep the best performers under our wing and help in building a prosperous career for them in the best ways possible.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for providing a first-class hospitality experience to our members and their guests, with a warm and friendly approach.
- Greeting and seating guests.
- Serving food and drinks.
- Taking food and drinks orders.
- Preparation for a successful service.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the F&B areas.
- Learning and having full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items including garnishes and preparation methods.
- Being able to assist to members or guests with any special requests or allergy requirements.

We are looking for a food enthusiast, who is charismatic, with a can-do attitude. You will be outgoing and engaging, and we are looking for staff who are open to new challenges and eager to learn new skills. Training will be provided on shift by hospitality professionals. Previous hospitality is experience is preferred.
