**Job summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Information Governance Officer, with a passion for delivering compliance in a public sector setting. As the Fund is launching its new Strategy, it is an exciting time to join. A new strategy can bring new challenges, meaning scope to get involved in some interesting projects. This opportunity is a six month fixed term contract.

**Person specification**:
**Essential criteria**
- Extensive experience in an information governance role (Data Protection, records management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience of simultaneously managing data rights requests, security incidents and project work.
- Experience of making evidence based decisions.

***Desirable criteria**
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite including Teams/Sharepoint.
- Experience of developing and managing relationships with colleagues across the business.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in an agile and fast moving environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
