**The Role**
As a Senior Research Lead, you will lead the creation of relevant research on social care, such as evidence synthesis, that responds to the needs of those in the sector.
**About You**
To be considered as a Senior Research Lead, you will need:

- Experience designing and delivering research projects in social care or social policy
- Experience of managing projects and resources to deliver business objectives
- Experience in communicating research findings to different audiences
- Experience of building formal partnerships with external stakeholders
- Experience of managing staff to deliver high-quality work
- Knowledge of social care research and the complexities of conducting research
- Knowledge of qualitative, quantitative and participatory research methods
- Knowledge of the Welsh policy context and how social services are funded and delivered
- The ability to analyse and interpret data to assess impact and make recommendations
- Evidence synthesis skills
- A degree (or equivalent)
Ideally, you will have experience in the social care sector and of Agile project management.
A postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in the social sciences would be highly beneficial.
Other organisations might call this Senior Researcher, Manager, Research Lead, or Deputy Research Manager.

Fel Uwch Arweinydd Ymchwil, byddwch yn arwain y gwaith o greu ymchwil berthnasol ar ofal cymdeithasol, megis synthesis tystiolaeth, sy'n ymateb i anghenion y rhai yn y sector.
Gan gefnogi ansawdd ein hymchwil, byddwch yn darparu arweiniad a hyfforddiant ar y ffordd orau o ddefnyddio a chynhyrchu ymchwil gan gynnwys cyfeirio at adnoddau ac arbenigwyr pwnc.
