You would be a Home Manager in a 70 bedded service, employed by a provider who prefer to fill senior vacancies internally as they trust their staff, just ask the Regional Manager who was promoted from a Home Managers position not even 12 months ago

You probably want to know what you will be doing.

If you have worked with Dementia Care before and are comfortable working with budgets, you're already most of the way there.

What would really separate you from the rest would be an ability to connect with all stakeholders for this service and develop meaningful relationships with them, as well as strong business acumen which you could evidence.

You will be a part of an exceptional team who have made this home one of the highest rated homes in South Wales and they respond to strong leadership so this isn't for laissez faire type managers who sit back in an office, but rather proactive managers whoenjoy being visible.
