**The job itself**:
We are looking for a worker for an 11-year-old boy. He is kind and caring and his interests include gaming, especially Minecraft, drawing and animating, coding, science, space, basketball, building and modelling. Activities you would be doing together include swimming, going to the cinema, cooking and baking, coding, and being out and about on his scooter or bike.

We need a worker who can make this young man feel safe and supported, who can support him to get into the community and improve his social skills and get outside of his comfort zone.

An understanding of PTSD will be necessary for this role, so previous experience/knowledge would be beneficial, but for the right person, being able to build a trusting relationship and being willing to learn how to understand him is also important, and training and information can be provided by parent to the right applicant.

The hours for this role are 4 in term time and 12 in school holidays, days and times can be worked out with the family. This post is for 1 year. The rate of pay is £11.50 to £12 depending on experience.
