If you have a little customer service experience and would like to develop a career in th4e world of property then this Letting Agent position will be ideal for you.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Assisting with co-ordinating in the letting of residential property in the local area
- Liaising with Landlords and providing advice and guidance on the letting service provided
- Meeting with Landlords to inspect properties and advice on the current rental value
- Selecting responsible, reliable tenants for properties and arranging property viewings
- Showing potential tenants around properties and agreeing rental terms with landlords
- Preparing tenancy agreements, completing inventories and obtaining credit references for tenants
