Expert Recruits are delighted to be supporting a hugely successful regional law firm in their search for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.

The role will sit within the firm’s bright & modern Hove office, situated amongst a selection of retail outlets and coffee shops and less than a 10 minutes’ walk to the sea front

This Conveyancing Paralegal with undertake a busy and varied workload, working with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisers and colleagues.

Day to day you’ll be involved in:

- Providing efficient and friendly service to clients
- Assisting with the exchanging of contracts
- Dealing with enquiries and preparing replies promptly
- Preparing and drafting legal documents
- Conducting searches
- Preparing SDLT Forms and Land Registry Applications
- Dealing with post completion matters
