The Eaton Estate is recruiting for a Gardener to join its Borders team on a fixed term 12 month contract, working full time for 40 hours per week.

With experience of horticultural techniques, you will possess a minimum qualification of RHS Level 2 in Horticulture or equivalent, whilst being proficient in operating garden machinery. Personal qualities include a willingness to learn and work alongside others in our Gardens team, a ‘can do attitude’ and the ability to work flexibly in line with the needs of the gardens and Grosvenor family.

The role is full-time, working 40 hours per week on a fixed term 12 month contract. We offer a competitive package, including a non-contributory pension scheme worth 20% of salary, life cover and monthly wellness financial contribution plus a range of other benefits and support programmes.
