Reporting into the Senior Merchandiser, you will be working in the International Licensee team managing the Womenswear International Licensee business. You will be overseeing in season trading to ensure that all categories are performing at optimum levels and building relationships with key partners.

Based in London, this is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in the fashion industry. This role offers hybrid working.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Work closely with the Buying & Design teams to provide option and range plans that deliver commercial, balanced ranges.
- Managing & driving the critical path to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Develop strategy and actions to drive sales.
- Building and developing Partner relationships in each individual territory.
- Drive lessons learnt, season analysis and strategy meetings prior to pre-season planning.
- Re-forecasting sales using WSSI's, constantly monitoring intake, OTB position, & terminal stocks across the department, ensuring Senior Merchandiser is aware of any upside or risk to sales.
- Plan across Womenswear, working within parameters set within top-line initial planning.
- Report into the Senior Merchandiser and oversee an Assistant Merchandiser and Senior Allocator.

**Person specifications**:

- Previous experience at Junior Merchandiser or Senior Assistant Merchandiser level.
- Friendly, approachable and a team player.
- Good managerial skills.
- Clear communicator with ability to communicate and present to all levels.
- Intermediate at Microsoft Excel and an understanding of AX or BI systems.
- Previous experience managing an Assistant Merchandiser or Allocator.
