My client, one of the UK’s leading family-run businesses, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing and diverse team.

**The Role**
- Involvement in Permanent, Seasonal, Internal, and Agency Recruitment.

To include offer letters for seasonal workers and Right to Work and Visa Checks
- Supporting staff inductions and onboarding process
- Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers
- Experience with HRIS systems (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Absence management
- KPI reporting and data capture
- CIPD Qualified
- Good level of admin including outlook & excel
- Can tackle complex and sometimes challenging situations head on
- Being a team player with a flexible approach to work
- prepared to get stuck into whatever the day throws your way

**Preferable Additions**:

- Ability to speak Russian or Romanian
- CIPD level 5 qualified
