Specsavers in Devizes doors were first opened 23 years ago by the now exiting Partners. The store sits in a prominent position in the pedestrianised shopping area and is firmly embedded within the local community.

They pride themselves in ensuring that every one of their customers receives an excellent patient experience. The high levels of service and patient care have led to numerous positive customer reviews currently holding a rating of 4.6/5 and an excellent local reputation.

12 dedicated and colleagues call this store home, they are a tight knit team, some of which have been with the store since day 1 The store has 3 test rooms, all fully equipped with the latest clinical technology and also provides audiology services via the Chippenham Audiology Hub store.

**Store location**

The store is located in the heart of Devizes town centre, a beautiful market town known for having a great sense of community. There are street, art and food festivals held throughout the year as well as regular weekly markets and community events.

The Kennet and Avon Canal runs through the town creating lovely walks along the tow path and surrounding countryside. Larger towns such as Bath to the east and Swindon to the north are situated around 20 miles from the store and the M4 motorway can be reached in about 35 minutes.

**Requirements of the role**

Alongside being an experienced retailer with experience in Optics, the right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You’ll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same.
