Exciting oppurtunity to join our team at cousin jacks frying chips on a friday and saturday night with the possibilty of training for managing/cooking all day on a monday shift
**About the Role**:
The Fryer’s will follow proper food safety procedures, working in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining our commitment to high quality food.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow proper food safety procedures, including sanitation and safety standards.
- Prepare all food items from our menu
- Follow Cousin Jacks recipes and standard recipes for all departments.
- Clean all equipment properly according to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain job security and performance expectations on team.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work with fellow team members in a productive and productive manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the culinary department in the store.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team, ability to problem solve, ability to communicate effectively with co-workers at all levels of the organization.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 9 per week
Schedule:
- Every weekend
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Redruth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
