**About the role and our team**

Join the Community Mental Health Service for Adults as a Clinical Secretary

Within this role, you will provide secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the Community Psychiatrists to enable their caseloads to run efficiently and effectively.

Day to day, your duties will include:

- Answering and filtering incoming calls from clients, family members, other areas within the mental health service and other departments of government
- Updating RiO (Department’s Healthcare Records System) progress notes with relevant clinical information and inform clinicians involved in the client’s care
- Creating appointment letters via RiO and sending to patients
- Liaising with Crisis Response Home Treatment Team or appropriate professional regarding new or urgent assessments

We’re looking for someone who has the ability to work as part of a team to meet the needs of staff and patients. If you have great communication skills, a good telephone manner and are committed to delivering the best service for patients and our service users, we’d love to hear from you
