Roofers Labourer

Must live within spalding Area at least three years experience in roofing

**Duties**:

- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials and techniques
- Ensure roofs are properly aligned, leveled, and sealed to prevent leaks
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to complete roofing projects
- Assist with masonry work, such as bricklaying or tiling, as needed
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install roofing materials
- Weld or solder metal components to create secure roofing structures
- Collaborate with a team of roofers and laborers to complete projects efficiently

**Skills**:

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Experience working with different types of roofing materials and systems
- Knowledge of basic construction principles and techniques
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and building codes
- Familiarity with masonry work and the use of hand tools
- Competence in operating power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
