**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- You’ll play a key role in the implementation of our garden maintenance programmes, carefully planned with meticulous detail, to ensure that our standards of presentation are maintained consistently and to the highest standards
- Assisting in the maintenance of our beautiful planted displays, including borders, pots and containers
- Working across our 850 estate, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced gardeners in the business
- Working closely with our kitchen teams, helping supply our own grown produce to be used to create stunning dishes for our guests
- Health Safety is of paramount importance; you’ll ensure at all times that you proactively maintain a clear, tidy and hazard free work area
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

**The kind of person we are looking for**:

- Ideally, you have some horticultural experience, essentially however you have a keen interest in growing and maintaining plants and plant displays and love being outdoors
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
