We are looking for a Receptionistto join us at our client site in Westhill, Aberdeenshire, a global leader in the delivery of offshore projects and services for the energy industry.

As aReceptionistyou are an integral part of the team providing an exceptional customer service experience for all that enter the building, We are looking for someone with great communication skills, highly organised, as well as being proactive and adaptable to your environment.

**A typical day in the life as a Receptionist**
- Interaction with customers, meeting and greeting both staff and visitors; listening to requests, taking an interest in what they have to say, show empathy, and be prepared to answer questions and follow up where you feel you might be able to help. It's about going that extra mile to show people we care.
- Carry out all reception duties, including issuing staff and clients with ID cards, booking taxis as required, showing individuals to meeting rooms etc
- Assist in building evacuations

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
