- Proven experience in a procurement role, showcasing strong procurement management skills within the electronics manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of electronic components, system assembly parts, and their supply chain
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong supplier and inventory management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in manufacturing PCBA and sub-assembly
- WinMan knowledge preferable
