**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble kit house components accurately.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials such as timber, panels, and insulation to precise dimensions.
- Install windows, doors, roofing, and other structural elements according to building standards and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Communicate with project managers and supervisors to report progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a joiner, preferably in the construction of kit houses or similar prefabricated structures.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials used in construction.
- Attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
