Administrator / Site Administrator / Document Controller for one of my clients who are working on a Fire Remediation project in the Elephant and Castle area.

They are looking to get someone started around the second week of August
- THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION.

Salary bracket IS £26 - £28K. / Working hours - 8am until 5pm

**Key Tasks / Activities / Responsibilities**
- Controlling company and project documentation
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and standards
- Sorting. Storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
- Producing document progress reports for senior managers
- Organising and distributing documents within the project team
- Ensure that documents are shared at key times to facilitate the timely running of the project
- Sort and store electronic and hard copy document for
- General administrative duties including scanning, filing and printing documents.
- Follow and support policies, procedures, initiatives and work instructions related to sustainability improvement and environmental compliance.

**Key Knowledge**
- Microsoft Office packages
- Liaising with senior level management and clients

- Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines

**Key Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrator role (desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
