**What we are looking for**:
Previous experience in Commercial Insurance product lines and Commercial sales - (Essential) Construction: Liability / Plant / Fleet etc

Experienced in bringing in new business as well as maintaining existing business.

New business Sales, adjustments and renewals of contracts of insurance

Developing a new account from scratch, and handling your own client bank

Assist in new enquiries to expand in business client base, as well as generating your own leads / enquiries

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High levels of customer care and service, professional providing quality advice.

Awareness of the insurance market principles and practice

Awareness of FCA and other regulations

Desire to achieve targets

Ability to work closely and flexibly with other team members

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment

Flexible and adaptable

**Main duties (but not limited to)**

Providing quotations for (Ideally) Combined Liability / Fleet / Engineering / Commercial Combined

Arranging client new business and renewal meetings

Mainly sourcing new business, however you will assist with Mid-term adjustments, issuance and renewals

Liaising and negotiating with Insurers and Underwriters on terms and conditions for premiums and terms.

Liaising with insurers and underwriters on terms and endorsements

Sales, customers service and teamwork

Working to targets and deadlines

Prospecting and networking

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
