Our fantastic client based in Dursley are currently recruiting for an Order and Logistics Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

This role is a vital part of the Supply Chain team ensuring that customers are receiving the highest quality of service. By creating strong relationships with customers and colleagues the Customer Service team is a vital resource in helping to maintain grow the company’s reputation.

**Responsibilities/Duties;**
- Ensure all orders placed by 2pm are keyed on accurately on day of receipt.
- Develop relationships with key customer contacts to ensure customers place orders for the correct day and upsell orders where possible to ensure full pallet deliveries.
- Manage orders to ensure we have a delivered service of greater than 98.5% of required case volume on requested day of delivery.
- Ensure all invoices are raised on day of delivery
- Receiving and accurately processing orders
- Work with third party logistics partners to ensure that stock is picked and delivered correctly
- Amending sales prices in the system when necessary
- Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, customers and supply chain contacts
- Notify customers of any potential delivery issues in advance
- Use of customer portals to track delivery performance, identify issues and report back
- Identify and arrange stock derogations with customer, supported by the account manager
- Ensure orders are invoiced accurately and on time
- Respond to customer requests for information and access relevant computer files
- Good analytical mind
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to a good standard
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Requires good telephone communication skills
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Organised and good at prioritising tasks
- A great team player
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes would be advantageous

**Hours -** Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8am-3pm

**Salary-** £24,000 rising to £26,000 after successful completion of probation plus 25 days holiday
