We’re on the lookout for a **Creative Producer** who aligns with our values and is eager to channel their creativity into meaningful work. Our team highly values collaboration, adaptability, and a hands-on, resourceful mindset.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office 2 days per week and remotely on the other days.
- Leads on campaigns, AV projects and the localisation process.
- Manages projects to time and budget, working with account leads to manage profitability issues.
- Builds strong relationships with clients, leading project updates and responding to feedback.
- Creates and maintains tracking documents and project quotes.
- Interrogates and challenges client briefs creatively alongside the Creative Director.
- Leads/participates in brainstorms and contributes to RFPs.
- Has holistic responsibility for specific clients and campaigns.
- Manages resource planning to anticipate issues and bottlenecks.

**What are we looking for?**
- A minimum of 3 years project or account management experience either agency or client side across a mix of projects including design, print, digital, social, AV, OOH and integrated campaigns.
- Experience in managing costs, budgets and accurately tracking profit margins
- Familiar working to a very fast pace across multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of content/platform/retailer formats with a detailed technical understanding of messaging and tagging
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Commercial understanding of clients, able to pre-empt traffic hotspots and identify potential upsell opportunities with Account Managers/Directors
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrable entertainment industry experience
- A genuine passion for entertainment
- Fully competent with project management processes, systems and reporting
