**Authorised successful and growing life insurance broker based in Altrincham are currently looking to expand their Lead Generation Department.**
- The job involves working from a dialler contacting new clients who have very recently indicated online interest in life insurance: either reviewing existing arrangements or obtaining new products taking basic details and pre qualifying details and transferring the call to an adviser in the office._

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Respond to customer requests and queries by phone.
- Make the customers feel comfortable and happy.
- Be able to solve problems for customers.
- Do your job under pressure from managers.
- It's important to follow all the rules that you're given by your company.
- Answer customer questions about products or services.
- Have a lot of patience when speaking with customers.

Basic salary £20,000 - Realistic OTE £32,000

Excellent weekly and monthly bonuses available
