**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- The position is within State Street Distributed IT Operations team, providing support for Digital Work Place Virtualization (Daas/VDI) which is a critical role within the organization.
- This role is to Support Citrix infrastructure and provide support to domestic & international environment/customers. 24X7X365 Support environment. SME-level skills in implementing & supporting Citrix XenApp\XenDesktop\VDI\WVD\ (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops) in both VMware ESX and Microsoft Azure environments with in depth knowledge on SQL, SCOM, VM and Storage around various VDI environments.
- Key Technical Skills Required
- 1. Citrix XenApp 6.5 and 7.15, 7.1X (Primary)
- 2. Citrix PVS 7.X or higher
- 3. Citrix App Layering
- 4. Microsoft App-V 5.0 or higher
- 5. AppSense/Ivanti
- 6. Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016
- Primary Skills Required
- Experience in supporting Virtualization (primarily Citrix XenApp 6.5, 7.1X).
- Good Exposure in supporting Citrix PVS infrastructure Exposure to Citrix App Layering is preferred Should have worked on Appsense\Ivanti & MS APP-V Infrastructure Support Exposure to both Desktop and Server virtualization.
- Basic understanding of storage and connectivity fundamentals.
- Able to work with the SMEs to drive major incidents and work towards RCA.
- Able to establish and run good operations and governance practices.
- ITIL Aware (Incident/Problem /Change Management). Good team player.
- Manage SLA and Availability of Services.
- Project management experience for IT infrastructure management.
- 5-8 years of experience
- Certifications:

- Citrix Cloud Certifications (Microsoft Azure certifications preferred) CC-VAD-CC CC-VAD-MA CCE-V CCP-V CCA-V CCA-N
- Qualifications:

- Certification in MCP/CCA must Secondary
- Skills:

- Excellent communication (written/oral) & presentation skills.
- Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills.
- Ability to interact with internal/external clients and handle escalations.
- Highly committed to meet the business objectives.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- VMWare Server Virtualization (Good to have).
- Good understanding of storage (Good to have).
- (1.) To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
- (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
- (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
- (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.

- 6 Publishing / Streaming Applications via Ivanti Management
- 7 Advanced knowledge of AppSense/ Ivanti Management
- 8 Advanced knowledge and working experience with scripting (PowerShell)
- 9 Advanced knowledge of Citrix StoreFront
- 10 Advanced knowledge and work experience with Citrix NetScaler with Access Gateway Configuration
- 11 Basic understanding of NetScaler (MPX, VPX, SDX) ADC
- 12 Day to day handling Citrix Issues/Citrix Farms
