Study Programme Tutor

WS Training are looking to appoint a SEN tutor covering additional learners on programme in a variety of sectors - (Experience within these sectors would be a beneficial)
- hospitality
- cooking
- Retail
- Admin
- sport and fitness
- Employability

- Contributing to the initial assessment process, induction activities and identifying gaps in learning.
- The use of baseline assessments to plan suitable sessions enabling learners to access learning that is motivational and inspiring.
- Assisting students to improve their own learning and performance by developing their study skills.
- Devising appropriate interventions to support students to remain on track for completion of their course.
- Agreeing and putting in place relevant targets and actions.
- Taking responsibility for planning and delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment to our students who have a broad range of barriers to learning and/or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.78 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 - 30 per week
