Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Groundworker to join our team. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of outdoor spaces, including gardens, landscapes, and other areas. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor spaces
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: £15.76-£16.46 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Tips
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Groundwork/Landscaping: 8 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
