**Full Job Description**

Are you a Graphic Designer looking for a new opportunity with a studio that will help you develop and achieve your professional goals and aspirations?

Salary - Competitive dependent upon experience

Working hours/pattern -12- 15 hrs per week

Pro Rata: £30k-£35k p/a depending on experience
Location - Work from home with occasional office day

**The Role**:
We have an exciting new role for a Graphic Designer to join our team. If you are looking for a new challenge or a junior designer looking to make the step up, this could be the move for you. Working from home with occasional work in the office.

Reporting to the Creative director, you’ll be joining us to support our regular clients, develop our own online presence and work on exciting new projects. You will play a key part in the creative output of the company.

You will have an innate ability to see past the ordinary and deliver fresh approaches to our creative work, adding value and making us stand out from our competitors in what is a busy and challenging marketplace.

You will have the ability to interpret briefs and be self-sufficient in creating original design work to a high standard. You will be able to brief artworkers and check their work for print production, while also setting up design for print yourself when required.

You will have a strong understanding and passion for designing graphics for websites and understanding of how UX impacts websites.

You will have experience with all ADOBE software.

Basic video editing experience will be an advantage.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Being the Brand Guardian, ensuring that all internal and external items have brand consistency
- Taking ownership of all design projects from brief to delivery, consulting with stakeholders as required to meet business and project needs
- Working across a number of media, including print and digital
- Develop the designs for adverts, brochures, key internal strategies and online collateral
- Prepare artwork files for print
- Create infographics and eye-catching images
- Supporting colleagues with production of on-brand documents, such as presentations, via templates or bespoke creation as suitable

**Essential attributes**:

- 2 years’ experience working within creative services
- Have a personable and empathic approach
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Knowledge of Premiere Pro
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Portfolio examples of corporate design work
- You have an eye and passion for great design, keeping up with latest trends
- Comfortable taking briefs and presenting your ideas to stakeholders and liaising with print companies
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills and a team player, willing to do ‘non-design’ work when it is needed to support the team goals
- Experience of the Healthcare sector is beneficial but not essential
