**Objective and Purpose**:
The Inside Sales Representative at Ascom plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for a combination of sales administration and business growth activities.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Keep accurate and detailed lists of all assigned customers and contacts in Ascom’s CRM
- Order Processing of Projects and sales orders, rental and maintenance contracts
- Ensuring all orders are accurately processed within the ERP system.
- Ensure all project orders are allocated to a member of the sales team and associated margin information is completed to support the commission calculation process
- Manage and co-ordinate the end to end process of a major retail account, processing orders, updating the call-off bulk order through billing externally and month-end analysis
- Collate supporting documentation and data as required to support Ascom’s audit process and ensure all audit trails are maintained
- Support project elimination and invoicing through the ERP system
- Incorporate quality and continuous improvement as part of overall job performance, adhering to Ascom’s QMS policies and procedures
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to secure additional customers
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the head of Channel Sales Manager

**Qualifications and Work Experience**:

- Sales support experience
- Experience of working in a healthcare, retail, hospitality environment
- Strong administration skills with experience in sales order processing and invoicing

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong customer focus: ability to understand customer needs and requirements
- Strong phone presence
- Highly organised with expert administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to customers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
