**Finance Business Partner**
Location: Essex
Contract: Permanent
Rate: £41,496 - £53,655 per annum (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
*Fully Remote Working Available*
Positions Available: 3

Service Care Finance are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in Essex for three Finance Business Partners to join different service areas (Corporate, Technical and Childrens Social Care) on a permanent basis.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small team of financial analysts delivering a comprehensive Financial Management and Business Partnering service
- Deliver comprehensive and insightful analysis of spend and income against budget plans
- Work closely with Directors and Heads of Service, to ensure high support, professional challenge and compliance in shaping future service delivery
- Responsible for the Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) and ongoing reporting
- Qualified CCAB/CIMA Accountant or Equivalent
- Experience of Finance Business Partnering in a Local Authority/Government
- Experience of managing budgets, providing financial analysis and working with Senior Members to provide sound financial advice.
- Great communication skills with the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team - management skills desirable due to small team management responsibilities
