Nu Staff are currently recruiting Admin Support staff for an established client based in Mamhilad.
This role will provide administrative support to the Purchasing department. Ensuring accurate, timely and responsive administration to all supplier, customer and internal customer concerns.
Delivering an effective, reliable service whilst ensuring the smooth operational running of the Purchasing processes.
Key Duties
- Issue the orderbook to ensure all parties are aligned, report any issues or concerns to the responsible Buyer
- Action new supplier request forms on the ERP system (Epicor)
- Investigate and action purchase requests on the ERP system
- Actively support goods in discrepancies / invoice queries
- Ensure communication to suppliers is of a consistently high standard
- Update the ERP system as required with respect to part number set up and maintenance
- KPI’s are reported and updated in accordance with requirements
Hours of work
Mon - Thurs 8:00am - 4.30pm
Fri 8.00am - 1.30pm
**Salary**: £11.10 per hour
