This role reports directly to the Group Finance Director, managing the Stanley Mills Weavers and Luxury Fabrics finance team. motivated finance individual looking for next step in their career and be part of a creative and talented team. This role reports directlyto the Group Finance Director, managing one of the groups sites and Luxury Fabrics finance team.
**Role and Responsibilities**
This is not an exhaustive list of duties but gives an outline of the role and responsibilities of this position.
**Main Duties**:

- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting for each business
- Drive profitable business decisions through discussions with Group Finance Director, production and Sales teams, strong product costings and challenging data provided
- Submission of European Hub Documentation for EU Dispatches
- Monitor customer debtor collections and issues, liaising regularly with the Group Credit Manager
- Manage bank payments for release to Group Finance Director
- Work closely with Managing Directors and Group Finance Director to enable robust strategic financial planning
- Review bank reconciliations for all accounts
- Review and approve payroll
- Managing data interfaces between SAGE X3 and TMS to ensure accurate financial ledgers are maintained.
- Line manage the finance team (2 direct reports)
- Undertake analysis of trading and production financial performance
- Prepare financial information as required by the Groups funding providers
- Analyse and report on stock and working capital movements

**Skills and Attributes**:

- ACA/CIMA Qualified / Part Qualified preferred although not essential.
- Advanced IT skills, especially Excel
- Experienced user of financial software packages
- Strong analytic skills, with ability to show initiative in difficult situations and solve problems
- A strong communicator with an ability to influence at all levels, including at Board level
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise competing demands
- Office Based
