**Job Profile**:
Mechanical Estimator required for our client, a specialist Ventilation contractor based near North West London. Our client works with a number of main contractors & Blue Chip clients throughout the South East and they are looking for a Mechanical Estimator due to continued success & growth within the business.
The Mechanical Estimator will be tasked with preparing detailed Mechanical estimates, preparation of tenders, breakdown client enquiries and supporting the Project Managers with variations & final accounts. It is expected that the Estimator will come from a Mechanical background and will hold extensive Ventilation knowledge/experience.
The Mechanical Estimator will live within a commutable distance of North West London and will be prepared to work from our client's office 3-4 days per week.
Mechanical Estimator Position Requirements
- 5+ years' experience quoting packages between £50k-£1.5 million
- Mechanically & Ventilation biased
- Experience working with M&E Sub Contractor's
- Live within a commutable distance of North West London
Mechanical Estimator Position Remuneration
- Basic Salary £50,000-£60,000 DOE
- Circa £5,000 Car Allowance
- Performance related bonus
- OTE £70K+
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
