MacIntyre has a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented Compliance and Data Assistant with a passion for excellence and best practice to join our team. The role will involve working closely with the Head of Compliance, the Data Protection Manager, and within the Compliance and Health and Safety team. Ensuring robust compliance with our regulatory obligations and supporting in the day-to-day administration of the compliance support function.

This role would be ideal for somebody who is at the start of their compliance career, or a graduate interested in this area of work, able to learn quickly and who would like to progress and develop within the role. Experience within compliance, the social care and data protection sector would be an advantage, but not essential. If you have strong organisational, task management and communications skills and are comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels, this could be the role for you.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

Ability to produce accurate and clear documentation; co-ordinating reports for submission to various external and internal bodies.

Administrative experience including minute taking.

Ability to manage complex data sets.

A collaborative approach with strong team working abilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

An aptitude for systems-related work such as data collation, analysis and processing and query resolution.

Be proactive and motivated, displaying a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and acquire new skills and be challenged.

Background knowledge and understanding of data protection legislation.
