**The Role**:
Typical tasks will include but are not limited to;
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and customers, this includes, registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments
- Conduct viewings and property inspections
- Generate new business and cross-service opportunities between lettings and sales
- Oversee the lettings process including taking offers and progressing the lettings pipeline through the referencing
- Hardworking
- Enthusiastic and professional client care and contact skills
- Lettings Negotiator experience is mandatory as this is not a trainee position
- Property management experience highly preferable but we do offer training
- Full and clean driving licence and own car which is legally roadworthy and insured for business use
- Can commit to full-time working hours

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Sale: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
