**Role Overview**:
You will be required to support our Team Extension Experts who work with clients directly, so this role will require you to be cross-trained in both skillsets; although, similar in nature.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress into a Project Management role joining the growing UK team.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding any new partners/suppliers that join the group, and managing these relationships
- Maintaining existing partner relationships
- Communicating with current partners to obtain role requirements
- The dissemination of any new connections
- Management of Spyrosoft’s internal resource pool, with the support of our overseas colleagues
- Communicate with current and potential customers to obtain role requirements
- Obtain feedback on CV’s and following interviews and provide updates to the line manager
- Completion of any required documentation; to include but not limited to, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Framework Agreements, Work Orders, Consultancy Agreements
- Ensuring both Spyrosoft and partner records are kept up to date and updated where necessary, within suitable timeframes
- Monthly settlements and invoicing
- Collecting customer information using our inhouse CRM tool
- The role may require some occasional travel throughout the UK, and overseas to other Spyrosoft sites.

- Experience in working in a similar position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to think analytically
- Good Microsoft Office Skills - specifically ExcelExperience in the IT industry Attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks concurrently
- A positive attitude to developing relationships with colleagues
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards and compliance
- Self-motivated and able to work practically and logically, using your own initiative
- Flexible/team worker, collaborative in style and values; someone who is keen to share ideas and knowledge
- Willingness to learn and a “can-do” attitude; this is a fast-growing business, so you must be hands-on, take ownership, and enjoy making a tangible impact upon our clients, and organization.
